My car in an '83, Toyota Tercel, 4x4. I live in eastern Az. where it's way too hot right now. This afternoon I went out to get into the car and I noticed that the passenger side window was down. When I went to roll it up it was very, very stiff and would move only one inch in either direction. What is the safest way to fix that or unfreeze it?
