week b4 last week wednesday and thursday i lifted weights i didn't on friday then on saturday i did even though i was feeling sore i got p Sunday morning not being able to hold cups plates or anything properly i also cant turn a key or any thing its been more than a week now an i still feel the same i still cant turn a key hold cups glasses or plates properly move my fingers the way i want to or lift up stuff is this normal cuz also my carves are really stiff an restricts me from walking properly
