What hair product is actually works for african american hair?

I have a relaxer in and I have used Organic Root Stimulator before and it was ok . I have friends who use it ( they have natural hair ) and say its great for them. I think you should try Dr. Miracle's products. It is made for ethic hair, all of the products for hair pretty much does the same thing which is grows and repairs your hair, but the stuff I swear by is their Hot Gro Hair & Scalp Treatment Conditioner - Super which is like a hair grease, and their Damaged Hair Medicated Treatment which is a deep conditioner ( meaning it needs to sit in you hair for 30 minutes before it is rinsed out ) This stuff keeps my hair super strong and long. Now I worn you that this stuff has a very strong menthol smell and it tingles strongly too for at least two hours after putting it in but it will go away after a while.
