What is wrong with my hip?

Sit down slowly and fold your legs crossing each other. Move your both the knees up and down slowly like a butterfly movement. This will relieve pain in hip joints. You can count each stroke, from 0-50 upto 100, repeat twice a day on daily basis. The problem will be seing going away in just days. Keep bathing with hot water. Good day Martina.
