Can someone please help me wif this health question?

Yo. Something wierd just happened. One of my toes on my right foot (the 3rd toe from my big toe) went stiff for about 5 seconds. I couldn't move it and it hurt. I am guessing that it was a cramp but I am not very sure. Can someone please tell me what happened?
