How do you get this item in Heartgold & Soulsilver?

The Item I want is the Pink Bow from Tuscany, But I know that she either gives you the Pink Bow or the Twisted Spoon, But I want the Pink Bow from her because I already got the Twisted Spoon from a Wild Abra. So How do I make sure she gives me the Pink Bow? Please Help.
