Someone maybe trying to use my account?

Shows someone logged in fron IP address 68.142.241.98 this day @ 12.50pm from CA......I live in Texas and all the other IP address were from my home with the correct IP address. I Changed my password and avatar password please advise. I also just got I Pad and have signed in using it, now will I have a problem using it? Carol
