What is the strongest Psychic move that alakazam can learn?

I have FINALLY caught a modest nature abra. I will be training it to be my mmost powerful weapon of war in my pokemon arsenal. However, i am trying to plan him out, but i have not yet played any of the newer version pokemon games. Is there a stronger move than psychic? (other than dream eater, i know about that one) I would really like a ultimate finisher, such as psycho-boost (power 120, accuracy 90, severly cuts spec. attk afterward) but is that possible? I want a move like that becuase if i know my alakazam is going down, i want to take something down with him.
