Help with EV training an Abra/Alakazam?

So i have a lvl 1 Abra w/ Pokerus, im new to EV training and want some help. i want 252 EV to SP. ATK 252 EV to Speed and 4 to HP. Starting at level 1, i want to know what i should do, i was thinking to give it 10 calciums and 10 carbos then leveling it up to 10 with an exp share, once it was at level 10 id kill solosis and the birds, once i have all my EVs could i just take it to the elite 4 with an exp share, in the end i want a pimped out lvl 50 Alakazam, thanks for your help
