Painful and sore wrist?

I have been having pain in my wrist for the last month or so. It only started when i went to grab something and my wriste just twinged. Its like it was too heavy for my wrist. It had just been like that for a couple of weeks, but now my wrist just feels stiff 24/7. It feels there is alot of pressure on my wrist. There is very slight swelling but no bruising. Any idea?
