Pokemon: Is there a quick way back to Cerulean City from Celadon?

I wanted to get my Abra back from the Daycare so I can use him against Erika. It's early in the game, so the only HMs I have are Cut and Flash. Is there a route i can take without going all the way through Rock Tunnel again?
