Should a hypocritical Atheist feel guilty about it?...aren't Most Atheists really Agnostics?

Many people claim to be Atheists but can be seen to participate publicly in singing Christmas carols, Easter egg hunts and dating Christian women. Should they be called out for their actions and asked to re-label themselves as Agnostics?
