What is the most common guinea pig disease and how can I prevent it?

My guinea pig ANGUS sneezed a while ago. I know that it is just normal. But I just wondered what the most common disease is and how can it be prevented. I don't want Angus to be sick. If this might help, I am from a tropical country. I hope Carol answers this. I trust her so much!
