What pokemon should be in my pokemon diamond party?

i currently have a lvl 13 piplup and a lvl 10 abra (but idc if i have him or not) and am thinking about capturing a bidoof (for my HM slave) but i want to know what other pokemom i should get to beat the gym leaders and elite 4. i also want to do wifi battles when im done with the elite four, so could u tell me which pokemon i should have for that. thx
