Whats wrong with a rabbit who is breathing heavy and cant use one of its back legs?

when the rabbit is breathing you cant hear a rattling sort of noise and it's very hoarse. while its back legs is like stiff and it cant move on it which makes the rabbit difficult to actually move at all.
