Where do you find a shiny abra?

You can catch a shiny abra wherever you find them normally in the wild. The shiny rate is only 1 in 8195 so be prepared to spend ALOT of time searching. Also, as it is abra I recommend using the Master Ball otherwise it will teleport away. You may be better off breeding for one, espesially if you use the masuda method.
