Who is this blonde actor?

he's blonde, has brown eyebrows, an oddly shaped head (something with the forehead and his eyes, i think his forehead is kinda forward). i remember him as a jock in something when he was younger and some kinda business man when he was older. i was watching the jim carrey version of A Christmas Carol and even though i know the ghosts were all his voice, the ghost of christmas past (the flame) kind of looked like this actor. i thought it might be his voice, but it's not obviously so now it's driving me crazy. i can't remember his name. do you? best answer to correct name :-D
