Fear of getting a pre purchase exam?

After two years of searching, I think I found my "dream horse" I am DREADING FRIDAY. Friday is the day of his pre purchase/flexion. I am so worried because the last two horses that I did a pre purchase on were buted, and came up 4 & 5 on the lameness scale. When watching this new horse, his back legs seemed a little stiff, and before he would canter and trot he tok a bit of a "hop". Are there anyways for me to get rid of this fear? Do you think he may be lame. I guess only time will tell. Please help!
